My wife and I stayed at this hotel from Dec 24-28 2023 and had a great time. The staff is super friendly and helpful, the breakfast is a level that many European hotels can learn a thing or two from (including adding more veggies and fresh fruits to the staple of bread, cheese, and meat), the rooms are spacious, and the location is central, depending of course on where in this metropole you have to be. I'm a "professional traveler", on the road about 40-45 weeks per year (if not more) and this certainly was one of the best experiences I had in the price range up to ~350 EUR/night. All in all, we had a great time and will happily return. Thanks team Hyatt!

An excellent service hotel, located in the heart of Nisantasi. Easy walk around, friendly neighbourhood. Serviced by 3 nice restaurants located in the hotel (Nusret, Cipriani and Kalimera), a perfectly equipped fitness and its own nice coffee shop. Recommended for a nice quality Istanbul stay.
